TULSATO is the product/platform. DAMOCLES SERVICES SINGLE MEMBER P.C. is the operating/legal company that provides TULSATO. These Financial Terms form part of the TULSATO Terms of Service (version 2026.10.04).

Currency

Current product currency is USD only. SALES Credits are not the current product currency. Credits are dormant / future-reserved only. Fees may be subject to applicable taxes. These Terms do not state VAT, invoice, or accounting classification.

Company Service Balance

A Company funds a TULSATO Service Balance in USD. It is for use within TULSATO only; non-refundable except where mandatory law requires otherwise, or where TULSATO makes a technical/accounting correction or an exceptional approved remedy; non-withdrawable; not redeemable for cash; and not transferable outside permitted TULSATO functionality. TULSATO may reserve portions of Service Balance for active assignments. Sufficient Service Balance is required for commitments. The Company has no cash-out.

Professional Service Balance

A Professional Service Balance is USD. It may be funded directly or through voluntary conversion of eligible Earnings. It is non-refundable (subject only to mandatory law, technical correction, or an exceptional TULSATO-approved remedy), non-withdrawable, and usable for TULSATO services.

Professional Earnings

Professional Earnings are USD marketplace earnings. They are withdrawable when eligible, subject to withdrawal, security and review rules, and are separate from Service Balance. Displayed Total Balance may equal Service Balance plus Earnings Balance; those components have different withdrawal rights.

Marketplace fees

TULSATO commercial logic determines the fee split. Professional gross service amount is 100%. The Company platform fee is 5% of gross. The Professional platform fee is 5% of gross. Example: Professional gross rate $50.00; Company TULSATO fee $2.50; Company Service Balance debit $52.50; Professional gross earnings $50.00; Professional TULSATO fee $2.50; Professional Earnings credit $47.50; TULSATO total platform fees $5.00. The Company fee is not deducted from the Professional. The Professional does not receive $50 net. The Company does not pay only $50.

Earnings conversion

A Professional can voluntarily convert eligible Earnings into Service Balance. Conversion requires explicit Professional authorization, is one-way, becomes non-refundable and non-withdrawable, and can then be spent on TULSATO services. There is no automatic conversion. Accounting or technical corrections may be made through auditable corrective entries where legally required.

Withdrawals

Only eligible Professional Earnings (freelancer_earned provenance) may be withdrawn. Service Balance is never withdrawable and remains non-refundable and non-withdrawable. Payout currency provenance and existing payout eligibility, recoverable-obligation, provider-abstraction, and fail-closed payout-state rules continue to apply. Identity verification is a prerequisite for Professional withdrawals and may use Didit and/or controlled TULSATO or manual evidence. A payout destination must be same-owner verified against the minimized verified identity name (including normalized/hash matching). An automated match may result in review_required; TULSATO may require additional evidence. Failed, expired, or revoked verification blocks new payout requests. Identity verification does not itself guarantee payout approval. Historical completed payouts retain immutable verification evidence. Process: request → security/account review → ACCEPT / REJECT / FURTHER REVIEW → approved for payout processing → future regulated payout provider → completed payout. Most withdrawals are processed within 3–5 business days, although additional verification may occasionally be required. Third-party cards, bank accounts, or payout accounts are not permitted. Approval does not mean payment completed. There is no automatic payout. A real payout provider is currently not enabled. Stripe is not an active payout provider.

Verification and billing

Independent identity, business, security and payment verification providers may be used. Didit is the primary hosted identity-verification provider; other providers may remain dormant fallbacks. The provider may process identity documents, selfies, or biometric/equivalent verification data under its own flow. DAMOCLES SERVICES SINGLE MEMBER P.C. / TULSATO does not store those raw artifacts under the current implementation and retains minimized verification records (provider reference, status, timestamps, minimized verified identity name, normalized/hash matching evidence, destination ownership evidence, and manual review evidence where applicable). Didit does not independently verify bank-account ownership for TULSATO; same-owner matching is performed by TULSATO. Revolut currently supports the live billing/subscription payment rail where implemented. Revolut does not perform Freelancer payouts, hold the Professional earnings wallet, or control the marketplace commercial split.
